I have followed Newgrounds for a long time always found it a fun and inspirational place but always wished it had an art section, I felt really guilty about favoriting flash movies and music without having anything to contribute myself until the Art Portal arrived, now I am very happy to be active again on this site and really find the Art portal to be helpful and quite intriguing! Yes, most if not all of my digital work is done in Microsoft Paint, or some form of oekaki, I usually specify with each piece submitted :3
